Activities Include a city tour of the biggest attractions Rio has to offer, tours of areas such as Little Africa, Santa Teresa, and Gigoia Island, a tour of one of the favelas of Rio, a personal Brazilian cooking class, a behind the scenes Carnival experience, and a Samba class followed by a trip to Lapa to experience the nightlife of Rio.   • Meet your private driver and guide for seamless airport transfer followed by a relaxed, personalized orientation tour of Rio’s highlights to get you acquainted with the city.

  • Private transportation and guide will take you to Christ the Redeemer, Celaron Steps, and Sugarloaf Mountain (tickets included). Lunch at a traditional Brazilian steakhouse is provided (dessert and beverages not included). Return transfers and guided commentary throughout the day.

  • Join an unforgettable behind-the-scenes Rio Carnival experience—delve into the City of Samba and its secrets. This tour reveals Rio’s samba schools, the creation of the spectacle, and the history of samba and the Carioca Carnival.

  • Book online via our Squarespace booking form on the website. Various payment options are accepted including Pay Later.

  • No, we do not provide flights in our package. We do however provide transportation to and from the airport and throughout the trip

  • The main airport for international travel to Rio is Galeao International Airport (GIG), but you can also choose Santos Dumont Airport (SDU) if it better suits your preference

  • For Planned Trips (Hotel Accommodations Included) you can book as a single traveler, but please understand that your hotel accommodation will be shared with someone else.

    For all other packages, a minimum of two people are required to book our package experience. You can also request a custom trip just for you with accommodations included

  • Planned trips are for specific dates to align with the special experiences.

    All other options can be at any time that you like, but note that some days may be blacked due to holidays and local events. (Please inquire if you have any concern for dates, and we will let you know)

  • Various Electronic Payments options offered via Squarespace. This includes debit, credit, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH Direct Debit, mobile wallets, Klarna, SEPA, iDEAL, and more.

  • Yes. Activities and accommodations can be adjusted or upgraded on request (private options available). Submit a request for a personalized itinerary from the home page.

  • Hotel Accommodations are only provided for our planned trips which include a shared double room. If you are going with multiple people then we can arrange for people in your party to share rooms. Inquires can be made for a single room for an additional cost after initial purchase.

    Our other packages do not include hotel accommodations, but we would be happy to help plan the perfect trip with a custom request from our home page.

  • During your trip, some days will include meals, and those days are indicated in the itinerary. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we can best guide you in choosing your dish.
